Master's Degree Study in BioMed

Brown's Biotechnology Master's Program gives students the flexibility to shape their path with thesis (ScM) and non-thesis (AM) degrees, part-time and management tracks, and opportunities for co-op experience.

Fifth-Year Masters

Brown undergraduate students have the unique opportunity to extend their studies into a fifth year to earn a Master’s degree. Through the Division of Biology and Medicine, students can pursue advanced master's study across five basic science departments, as well as in Biomedical Engineering (BME).
